# Reports

The catalogue of pre-built reports, grouped by what they are about: script authoring, advisor operations, and compliance.

## Finding the right one

The filters across the top narrow the catalogue by group, and the search box matches on the report's name and description. Each tile says what the report answers and the period it covers, so you can usually tell from the catalogue whether it is the one you want.

## Running one

Open a report and set its parameters — the date range, and for many reports the script set it should cover. Reports that read live scripts say so on the tile rather than taking a date range.

## Why you may see fewer than a colleague

Some reports only mean something with a particular area licensed: the conversational reports need a chat or voice channel, callbacks need Telephony. Reports that do not apply to your organisation are not shown rather than shown empty.

Reports can be emailed on a schedule — see [Subscriptions](/reporting/subscriptions.md) — and taken out in several formats, see [Exporting reports](/reporting/exporting-reports.md).
