# Subscriptions

A subscription emails a report to you, or to colleagues, on a schedule — so the people who need the numbers do not have to remember to come and get them.

## Setting one up

Choose the report, how often it should arrive, in which format, and who receives it. The parameters you would set when running the report by hand are saved with the subscription, so each delivery covers the equivalent period rather than a fixed one.

## Managing them

A subscription can be paused and resumed rather than deleted, which is what you want when someone is away or a piece of work is on hold.

Recipients do not need a Keyfax login to receive one. That is the point — a subscription is usually how a manager or a contractor sees Keyfax data without ever opening the tool.
