# Video call

Starts a video call, so an advisor can see the problem instead of asking a caller to describe it.

## What it needs

A device with a camera, and a caller willing to use it. The call runs in the browser, so there is nothing for the tenant to install — but a script should always offer a way on for someone who says no.

Photographs captured during the call are kept with the conversation and can be attached to the job that is raised.
