# Result summary

Shows what the conversation has concluded — the services, the priority, the answers given — and lets the advisor finish it.

This is where a conversation becomes work: finishing here is what raises the tasks and writes back to your housing system.

It is also where an advisor can add another item before finishing, so a single call about two problems does not have to become two calls.
