# Test Web

Runs a script in a browser, exactly as an advisor or a self-service customer would meet it. The test surface to use for most changes.

## Before you start

Choose the script type, the **version**, and the script set. The version matters more than anything else on this page: testing the published version tells you what your customers already have, not what you have just changed.

## Running one

Answer the questions as a caller would, and follow where the script takes you. You can start from a topic part-way in rather than from the top, which saves working through five questions to reach the one you changed.

Alongside the conversation you can see the databox values behind it, which is how you tell the difference between a script asking the wrong question and a script being given the wrong data.

## Sending feedback

An advisor running a real conversation can raise feedback from inside the script, and it arrives with the position in the script attached. That is far more useful than a message saying a question read oddly, because you can go straight to the step.
